Welcome to Southern Bride! If you are not able to be measured at our store locations, we strongly recommend that you make arrangements to be fitted by a professional in your area. Upon receipt of your measurements, a consultant will be in touch with you via phone for size information and payment information. Please note we can not accept measurements over the phone. Forms must be filled out completely!

1. Store Policies will be discussed at the time of consultation.
   All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges.
2. In the event of a cancellation, down payments for tuxedo rentals are non-refundable.
3. A $50 deposit is required to order any tuxedo rental.
4. Full payment is required for all bridesmaids dresses and special occasion dresses measured online.
5. All items sold are not custom fit to the customer’s measurements. They may require alterations. These alterations and arrangements are the customer’s financial and personal responsibility.
6. If measurements are not done by a member of the Southern Bride staff, Southern Bride will not be held responsible for errors in the fitting of the item upon delivery.
